Shipping & returns
All orders placed on business days before 16:00 hours are, after payment received, shipped the same day via PostNL. These are usually delivered the next day. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped the following business day. On national holidays, the delivery days used by PostNL apply. With the dispatch of orders, we depend on PostNL. If PostNL cannot meet the delivery for the next day, we apologize for this.

Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive the Track & Trace code by e-mail. With the Track & Trace code, you can track the shipment online or with the PostNL App. If the day on which the shipment offering is known, this day is displayed. It is also indicated at what time the shipment will be delivered (if possible).
Missed the delivery?
If you are not at home, the delivery person will first try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this does not work, the delivery person will leave a message for you. Your package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL point. Look for the info on the track and trace page of your package. You have 1 week to collect the package. After that the package will be sent back to us.
Note: Do not forget to bring a valid identification when you pick up your package, otherwise the package will not be given to you.
Pick up at PostNL location
Pick up your orders when it suits you? That is now easy with "Pakje Gemak" from PostNL! For shipping method, select "Pick up at PostNL location" for the nearest collection point in your area. You can indicate here where and when you want to collect your package. There are more than 3650 pick-up locations in the Netherlands, many of which are open until 20:00 hours or even later. Also this does not bring any extra costs, in short: All convenience!
Morning and evening delivery
It is also possible to opt for a morning or evening delivery within the Netherlands. This option only applies to working days and will become visible with the shipping methods. You can also see here on which day your package will be delivered in the morning or evening. Morning delivery is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Evening delivery is between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If options are not shown, they are not available for that day.

Orders over € 40,- will be shipped free of charge throughout the Netherlands and Belgium!
For orders from Germany over € 75,- will be shipped free of charge.
For orders from Luxembourg, France and United Kingdom over € 100,- will be shipped free of charge.
The statutory warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post, or e-mail) that you are canceling the agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this, but you are not obliged to do this. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point back from us, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and at least no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will pay you back with the same payment method as
with which you have carried out the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must deliver the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to cancel the agreement, and send it back to us or to hand over. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:
-products that spoil within the cooling-off period;
-products that are not suitable for being returned for reasons of health protection and of which the seal was broken after delivery (meat products).
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
